"EVERYTHING  COMES  BACK  AROUND"

The artist was invited by Joe Say to collaborate on a piece for their first solo show, Stand Tall & Hold Space, 2023 at Unassigned Gallery in Brunswick.

The artist was given full creative freedom and leading up to painting the piece, he had prepared a few sketches of possible ideas, one was of two dogs chasing each other's tails around the pot.

Ready to paint, he visited Joe at his studio and it turned out Joe was the owner of two dogs who were also there at the studio. Which felt a little like destiny and the dogs sketch was the clear goer.
