"The costumes, backdrops and everything else on screen (bar for the artists themselves) can be directly attributed to the band’s collaborating director Barry Bangz, who has worked with what he describes as a “very tight” budget into four minutes of handmade music video goodness."
“I borrowed a camera from my old Uni teacher, built the set from free wooden pallets from Bunnings in my backyard and filmed it all in the underground carpark of an apartment complex in Carlton” explains Barry of the harsh realities of ‘Hello Yellow’s’ budget.
“It was about as DIY as it gets!”
